Social Media

As a group we talked about whether a facebook page/other social media to advertise our stall would be beneficial or not. We decided that since our stall is based on such a tactile experience it does not make sense to get the idea across virtually. We are now thinking about making small MDF laser cut posters to gain interest instead.

On the other hand social media could be very useful to us on the day of the Market Palace. We can use it to post photos of the things people have created/built/added to the tree and them doing it so that they can have a record of the fun they had and their masterpieces.

Handing out small pieces of paper with our facebook address might be helpful here.
We could also have a computer on site so that we can instantly upload photos to facebook as we go.

Other things to decide on are:
 - a uniform
 - How we interact with the people
 - How they interact with the tree
 - How we keep the whole thing organised (names of people to tag on fb, whether or not people want their photo taken, how many people 'play' at a time)
